A fresh, tropical South Australian Chardonnay — bright, round and made for the table.

From 20-year-old vines on red loam over limestone, night-harvested and cool-fermented across several yeast strains, with selected parcels held on lees for texture. Ripe peach, melon and pear are lifted by round tropical mid-palate fruit and crisp acidity. Best enjoyed in its vibrant youth — within five years.

Serve chilled with seafood, poultry and lighter dishes.
