Ocean views from the front and natural gardens in the rear with an abundance of native birds.
Accessed via a private driveway the house features a cooktop, microwave, a well-equipped kitchen, dishwasher, fridge/freezer. Filtered water is supplied through dual taps in the kitchen sink.
The house has outdoor two seating areas, ensuring there is always a suitable location to enjoy cooking on the Webber Q Gas Grill,
