A smooth, easy-drinking South Australian Shiraz Cabernet — the wine made to pair with Vinagyu wagyu.

Produced from a number of family-owned vineyards, harvested cool and gently handled, with 20% matured in French oak to soften tannins and add complexity. Typical Shiraz spice meets rich red-berry fruit of both varieties — cherry, black plum and blackberry — over a round, fruit-driven palate with subtle soft tannins and a hint of perfumed French oak.
