A cool-climate McLaren Vale Cabernet from 30-year-old Willunga vines — intense, vibrant and built to age.

A light crop of small berries from deep sand over clay is fermented in small open batches and matured in French oak. Concentrated cassis and ripe dark-berry fruit are lifted by a signature hint of eucalypt and subtle French oak, with the cool-climate intensity, fine tannins and length that reward cellaring.

Decant and serve with a range of red-meat dishes. Drinking well now, and will continue to develop for many years.
