Angustum Quartzite 2019 McLaren Vale Shiraz is sourced exclusively from our Willunga South Hillside vineyard, where hand-pruned vines grow on a steep, north-west-facing slope. Rocky soils with quartzite outcrops over limestone are naturally well drained, giving challenging conditions and wines of individual character.

Concentrated ripe Shiraz is shown with elegance and intensity — ripe red and black fruit with black-pepper spice, framed by integrated American and French oak that adds depth and length to silky, lingering tannins. A rich, full-bodied and complex wine that evolves in the glass and rewards cellaring 15–20 years.

Serve with game, roast meats, grilled steak and mature cheeses.
