Sourced exclusively from our Willunga South hillside vineyard, where a moderate crop of medium berries ripened slowly to full flavour. Partially crushed to small open batches with extended maceration and a portion of barrel fermentation, then matured 36 months in American and French oak.

Concentrated ripe Shiraz with red and black fruit, subtle herbal complexity and integrated oak adding depth and length to silky, lingering tannins — a mature wine that evolves in the glass. Cellar 15–20 years.

Serve with game, roast meats, grilled steak and mature cheeses.
