A bright, textural McLaren Vale Chardonnay, hand-picked at night and made for immediate enjoyment.

Hand-pruned fruit from dark loam over limestone is night-harvested, gently pressed and naturally fermented — half in older French oak, half in stainless steel — to build texture without masking the fruit. Vibrant perfumed stone fruit and citrus on the nose lead to a medium-bodied palate of white peach, grapefruit, ripe pear, mango and melon, with just a whisper of French oak and a crisp, lively finish.

Serve chilled as a refreshing aperitif, or with rich seafood, grilled fish, roast chicken and creamy white-sauce pasta. Drink now or cellar 3–5 years.
