A perfumed, medium-bodied Grenache Shiraz Mourvèdre from McLaren Vale — complex, rounded and endlessly food-friendly.

Three separate blocks are picked at peak ripeness across five weeks, fermented in small open vats with 20–30% whole bunches, then matured in French and American oak for 18 months before blending. Bright ruby, with ripe blackcurrant, red currant, ripe plum and subtle spice; a vibrant mid-palate carries fine-grain oak tannins and lingering dark-berry fruit.

A versatile match that enhances rather than dominates — charcuterie, grilled meats, roast vegetables and Mediterranean fare. Drink now or cellar up to 10 years. Decant before serving.
