From the rolling hills south of Adelaide, a long, slow ripening season built a complex range of varietal fruit with firm, fine-grain tannins. Fermented in small open batches for full, balanced extraction, then matured in French oak, where fruit and oak integrated and tannins softened before a light filtration and bottling.

Concentrated cassis and ripe dark berry are lifted by a hint of eucalypt and subtle French oak, with cool-climate intensity, vibrancy and the length to reward long cellaring.

Decant and serve with game, roast meats, grilled steak or mature cheese. Cellar 15–20 years.
